Connection Center profiled by Boston Business Journal

The Boston Business Journal highlighted the Connection Center (run by X-Cel Education) and the work of the Opportunity Youth Collaborative!

A new resource center, funded through a combination of federal and local grants, has opened at the Ruggles MBTA station to help connect young people with jobs, skills training, education and other opportunities.

The Connection Center, as it is known, is geared toward a population referred to as opportunity youth — 16-to-24-year-olds who are out of school and out of work. The center is part of a much broader initiative being organized by the Boston Opportunity Youth Collaborative.
